We have site visits every Wednesday and Saturday. We meet at 8:30am at our CBD offices at Trust Mansion building along Tubman Road off Koinage Street. Prior booking is required for logistical purposes.
The smallest size of plots sold at Grey Oak is 1/8th of an acre which is 50 feet by 100 feet.
Yes, there are no hidden charges.
You sign two copies of a sales agreement, make payments for your plot then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we wait for title deed to be ready.
Yes you can. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.
The land sold is freehold land and only citizens of Kenya nationals can own this type of property.
Title deed issuance takes 30days(1month) after full completion of payment.
Yes they can. You can select your preferred plot then we shall book it for you. We then give you our company account details where you can wire the payment. You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process the titles within 6 to 10 months after payment is done. When the title is ready, you can either write to us instructing us to issue the title deed to your family member or your lawyer or alternatively we ship/mail it to you.
Not at all, site visits are free of charge.
We have two modes of payment: Cash option – payment within 30 days and Instalment option -duration up to maximum of 6 – 9 months.
